Recycled cotton

Did you know...Recycled cotton textiles are produced from excess clippings from pre-consumer sources, which are typically discarded during the apparel cut and sew process. Clippings are then sorted by color and chopped into a fine linty material called "shoddy". The shoddy is then spun into a yarn that is used to produce recycled products.
